Refund & Return Policy – XpressPara

At XpressPara, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of parapharmacy products, hygiene requirements, and safety regulations, our return conditions are as follows:


1. Products Eligible for Return

We accept returns only in these cases:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.


2. Products NOT Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Cosmetics, skincare, haircare

  • Supplements, vitamins, or ingestible items

  • Medical supplies

  • Baby care items

These restrictions follow Moroccan hygiene and health guidelines.


3. How to Request a Return

Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Photo of the product

  • Photo of the package

  • Explanation of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A refund, OR

  • A replacement, depending on your choice


4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Payment reversal (if applicable)

  • Store credit

Refunds are processed within 2–7 business days after approval.


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
